01. Protocol Initialization & Umbrella Applicability

Antharmaya Labs ("we", "us", "our") operates as a software foundry, building commercial SaaS infrastructure, Open Source Software (OSS), and continuous experimental products. By accessing our centralized platform or associated architectures, you agree to these baseline execution parameters.

02. Open Source Software (OSS) Governance

Antharmaya Labs engineers contribute code to the public domain through Open Source initiatives. Any software, library, or repository released under an open-source license (such as MIT, Apache 2.0, or GPL) is governed exclusively by that accompanying text.

Unless explicitly contracted under a commercial support agreement, Antharmaya Labs provides all OSS integrations strictly "AS IS", without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We claim zero liability for damages, data corruption, or downtime resulting from the compilation or execution of our open-source repositories in your infrastructure.

03. Experimental & Beta Services

We frequently deploy high-leverage beta tools and experimental workflows. You acknowledge that Beta Services are operational prototypes. They may contain severe bugs, lack guaranteed data permanence, and perform unpredictably. We reserve the absolute right to modify, suspend, fork, or permanently terminate Beta Services at any time, entirely without notice or liability.

04. Software Usage & License

For commercial products operating under this standard license, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to execute the software subject to your provisioned operational limits. Reverse engineering, unauthorized API scraping, resale of service sub-instances, and deployment for unlawful activities will trigger automatic, non-negotiable account nullification.

05. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Antharmaya Labs, its founders, engineers, or affiliates be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, catastrophic data loss, interruption of business operations, or loss of profits arising out of your reliance on our infrastructure, irrespective of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
